ストレスは最大の病ですね！

こんなご時世ですから、ほとんどのひとが何かしらのストレスを抱えながら毎日を過ごしていることは、容易に想像はできますけども、その原因にも
色々とあるはずです。

自分が原因を作ってしまっている場合も、そうではなくて外部的要因だったりする場合もありますよね。諦めがつくケースは前者ですが、後者は、ともすれば爆発寸前なんてケースもある訳で、、、、


自分の場合は、荒れた場が嫌いなのでほぼほぼ持ち帰ることが9割以上に
なりますが、本当に厄介な時には、たいてい決まったキャストが舞台に居ることが多いんです。


こんな風に柔らかく文字を並べていますが、
本日は結構なもんでした。上演直後から始まりロールバックが舞台のスクリーンに映し出されてENDまで。


あれからおよそ2時間くらいは経過しましたね。
くだらない場所、あんな環境に居ることが原因なんだと自分の中で片づけるんです。思い出してる時間や、そこへ向けてる感情すらも
無駄ですし、勿体ないですからね。


次へ進むことを考えて、それに必要な作業をした方が
よっぽど建設的です。

do not mind. Could it be just me or does it appear like a
few of the comments appear like written by brain dead people?
